Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’toffer you a refund. There is no exchange available for the returned products only refund will be generated if it meets all policies.

Returns

Our refund policy is 30 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refundafter this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days

  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:
  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
Item will be inspected to ensure product is not damaged. Email needs to be sent with explanation upon requesting a refund.  We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.  

 

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to Hair Fedish Inc PO Box 682061 Franklin, TN 37068. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and traceable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
